argh....nowadays almost everyday not enough sleep.. sian...waited for winson to go home...so boss be happy that i wait for you ok...=) and played shooting with them...and i ended up running 3rounds....wtf...

bus-ed home with boss and he wake me up before he alight from the bus...and i continue to sleep...damn...and i miss my bus stop and wake up to find myself outside fullerton hotel on the way to Victoria concert hall...damn...so alighted at millenia walk and walk to raffle link to take bus home.. reached home sat on the sofa and fall asleep again till the next morning...-.-

training as usual...first i injure my left thumb, then my right index finger and now my left shoulder at the back...damn...here pain there pain...old liao sure everywhere ache...=(

argh...time to go and sleep...=)
