just reached home from an hour long bus ride from tampines bus interchange. so anyawy saturday is always the same routine like having training from morning till noon and i'll go home if not i'll just go to market to have lunch with the rest and home sweet home.
today's land circuit was like tough but it's ok. if training is not tough then what is training??? ran a campus round then 1 round of cool down and 3rounds of sprinting from the back to front and 3 rounds of circuit. in total we ran like 1campus and 7rounds on the track...=) so pround of myself...=)
pool slot was ok. like as usual...=) after pool slot was kind of piss off with that pig who didn't reply my sms...so in the end i went home and ask my bro to go downstairs to buy ice cream to eat. and i sleep...like finally can sleep coz i cannot sleep last night...=( think i've been sleeping at like 2-3++ in the morning for the past few nights and suddenly have to sleep at like 12++...=( in the end i toss and turn till like 2++ going 3 then sleep..=( and is wake up at like 6++ going 7 even before the alarm ring...=( and the pig called my hp and wake me up...=(
ended up going out with the pig to tampines to walk..but got nothing to walk de...sian...singapore too small liao..not much nice place to walk too...=(
shall go and rinse my wet clothes from training, shower and go sleep...since i've to work morning shift tml..=) and i can see yue xiu tml...whee~ so happy...=)
